This is a 240x320 Colour touch screen display mounted on a PCB. It is intended for the BV523 Microcontroller development system and is plug compatible with that. It is mounted on a PCB along with an SD Card socket and provision of a serial flash chip. No details are available for this but there is a pin out diagram.
The BV523 fully supports this display via the built in BASIC firmware and that is how it is intended to be used. For example in the picture shown below the file name is 'tree.mbc'. If this is stored onto the SD Card, to get this onto the display the command is:

LCD Module Specification
See the additional images for connector detals and mating with the BV523. They show the display mounted to the BV523 which can be seen at the back of the display. There is a plug and socket arrangement so this is simply a push fit. The optional mounting holes will align and screw/spacers (not provided) can be used for extra stability.
