BV4618 trouble with RaspberryPi

I bought from you the bv4618 with LCD and keypad
now i'm using it with Raspberry Pi through I2C mode.

The first time i plugged the bv4618, it has been recognized by the system because i was able to see its address by typing sudo i2cdetect -y 0
but when i ran the Demo, nothing appears on the screen.

Now i restarted the Pi, but the device seems not to be recognized, nothing appears in the list.

EDIT: I've done an hard reset and it has been recognized again by i2cdetect
EDIT2: I understood that it keeps detecting only if I boot the Pi doing the EEPROM HARD Reset ( jumpering pin 2 and 3 as shown in the datasheet )
EDIT3: The display finally shows I2C 0xFF but the Pi does not find the address by i2cdetect
EDIT4: I restored like the 1st step. Nothing appears on the screen, it is recognized by the i2cdetect but the demo doesn't work
What should i do?
